Environment Setup:  WEKA

There are several machine learning environments you can use that do not require any programming to get started. The Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis (WEKA) is a modern workbench that serves as a platform for applied ML.  It is a completely free, open-source platform that provides both graphical and command line interfaces, a Java API, and is backed by a large community.   To get started, download and install a stable version of WEKA for your preferred operating system.
